- Speedi-Wick Expandacell Ear Wick. 10 mm dia. x 15 mm length. Used to apply medication in Otitis Externa and after surgery to prevent contracture. Keeps antibiotics in contact with ear lining. Prevents stenosis of the external ear canal. Absorbs post-operative fluids. Sterile. Compressed otic wick is placed in the ear canal and expanded by applying a few drops of sterile medication (physician's choice). Compressed foam expands, placing gentle pressure on the ear canal lining. 50/box.
